Rooms and apartments Bardolino - The particular and low-impact architecture of the Parc Hotel Germano planned the construction of ground floor buildings, where the suites and the apartments (also first floor) were ranked.

Suites DAV - They are spacious - approx. 45sq.mts. -  and bright and all have a furnished terrace with sunbeds and a sunshade, which is screened from the alleyways by hedges and flower shrubberies, to guarantee privacy.
Each suite consists of 2 separate rooms: one living room with armchairs and sofa (which if needed can be used as a double sofa bed for max. 2 guests), TV sat., minibar, safety deposit box, telephone and tea & coffee maker; one bedroom with TV sat. and telephone.
Of course do all suites have ensuite facilities with bath or shower, bathrobe, slippers and pool towel.
Air conditioning is available during hot days.

Suite DAP - A further feature of some suites is the 35-sq.mts-private pool in front of them, which was obtained from a bigger basin commune to 2 or more flanked suites.
Important note: we discourage families with small children from booking this room type, because, even if the pool is not that deep - approx. 1,40 mts., there is no handrail.

Two-room (for 4 guests) and Three-room Apartments (for 6 guests) - All apartments have balcony or terrace with sunbeds and one sunshade and air conditioning during summer season.
All consist of one living room with a double sofa bed (in Bilo Superior A4S it can be separated with a sliding door), one bedroom in the two-room apartments A4 (approx. 37-44 sq.mts.) and in the A4S (approx. 56 sq.mts.) and two bedrooms in the three-room apartments A6 (approx. 65 sq.mts. - these are duplex and have one bathroom in each floor).
The corner kitchen has electric cooking rings, fridge with freezer, microwave owen, Italian mokka and American coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, TV sat. in every room and safety deposit box.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: A deposit of Euro 150 per apartment has to be paid at arrival; water and electricity are included, as final cleaning and bed & bath linen - which will be changed once during the week. We kindly ask our guests to clean the corner kitchen before their departure!
